Aubree founded The Windermere Agency after years in the household staffing industry, where she saw the same pattern repeated: families with every advantage still struggling with the invisible tax of household management.
The problem wasn’t a lack of resources. It was a lack of systems. A lack of someone who could see the whole picture, anticipate needs, and execute with the competence these families expected in every other area of their lives.
The Windermere Agency combines credentialed Family Assistants with Lumen — our proprietary AI orchestrator — to deliver a level of household support that was previously only available to families with full-time estate staff.
